YUXI's drive-in anode is an high-purity extruded magnesium rod with a steel core, which has a machined “spike” or “45-degree angle cut” end for easy penetration through the soil.

An adjustable stainless steel hose clamp with set screw is included to allow easy attachment of the anode to the protected structure. The anode is fitted with a steel hexagonal head and threaded UHMW
polyethylene driving cap. Thus, the lead wire and soldered connection are protected during installation.

Our magnesium drive-in anode is used for the cathodic protection of gas service entrance piping or gas distribution risers, as termination of tracer wire in the utilities industry and other specialty applications.
